EnergyManitoba.org will become a site about energy in Manitoba: hydro, solar, wind, biogas, new fuels, etc. Public policy, the regulatory framework for energy, environmental assessment, news from Manitoba, Canada, and international sources will all be featured. Wuskwatim materials will be maintained, and archived. Our News Page will be the first to expand.

CEC Documents

The Manitoba Environment Commission (CEC) posted a full listing of all documents in the lead up to the Wuskwatim projects hearings which began March 1, 2004. (July 1, 2003 to March 1, 2004.) These documents include: correspondence, rulings, motions, responses to motions, sets of interrogatories, answers to interrogatories, etc. These documents are located in a variety of repositories: CEC paper records, public registry files, Manitoba Hydro web site, federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans, and the email service to public participants in the Wuskatim process.
