EnergyManitoba.org will become a site about energy in Manitoba: hydro, solar, wind, biogas, new fuels, etc. Public policy, the regulatory framework for energy, environmental assessment, news from Manitoba, Canada, and international sources will all be featured. Interrogatories
In the lead up to the Wuskwatim CEC hearings over 15 public participants
were involved in review of the EIS, filing motions, responding to
motions, motions hearings, and Interrogatories. There were two rounds
of these formal questions, which Manitoba Hydro was expected to answer.
In many instances answers to these formal written questions were inadequate.
Often then the same issues and questions had to be covered by the
CEC hearings.
We have posted here Interrogatories which Manitoba Wildlands filed
in October and November 2003. During December 2003 and January 2004
there were a variety of issues due to lack of disclosure by the utility,
a CEC motions hearing regarding disclosure was held late January 2004.
