Summary of Experience:

Mr. Spence is the President of Casil, a member of the community of South Indian Lake, a member of SILFA, previous Headman of South Indian Lake from 1987 to 1995, and an NCN band member. He is a resource user, and has spent extensive time on Southern Indian Lake. He was involved in the negotiations of the CASIL Settlement Agreement. As well, Mr. Spence is a Community Health Representative, having the responsibility to educate community members about health issues and respond to concerns they may have.

Mr. Spence will be speaking to the CEC about the effects of the water levels of Southern Indian Lake on the well-being of community members.
