Summary of Experience:
Mr. Dysart is the President of the South Indian Lake Fisherman's Association
(SILFA) , a position he has held for over 20 years. He is an NCN band
member, and a resident of South Indian Lake. He has been a resource-user
for most of his life, having engaged extensively in hunting, fishing, and
trapping, and directly experiences the impacts of changing water levels of
Southern Indian Lake on resource harvesting activities. Also, he was a
negotiator of the SILFA Settlement Agreement.

Southern Indian Lake on resource use by community members.
