Wind Licenses
As of January 2009, twelve wind energy projects have been proposed or licensed under Manitoba's Environment Act. It is not clear in licensing policy for Manitoba wind projects how the changing output of energy from wind turbines (up to the MW a project is licensed for) affects ability to add to a project.
