Undertakings
Manitoba Wildlands has compiled a list of all undertakings requested
during the Clean Environment Commission hearings for the Wuskwatim
Generation and Transmission projects (both the Justification, Need
For, and Alternatives To (JNFAAT) review and the Environmental Impact
Statement (EIS) review). The list indicates undertakings for which
a response has been provided as well as those that are outstanding.
This list of undertakings and responses is available for download
below. Contents are from the hearings transcript. Neither the CEC
or Manitoba Hydro made an Undertakings list available.
